Hello and welcome. Thanks for being here. Love lessons is a place where I share and apply content from my How to Love class to our individual and collective experiences. Some of it is covered in the class and some is content that I couldn’t fit into the course but want to talk. All of it is meant for a general audience with the hopes that we all learn how to love better. If it speaks to you, please share it out.
Also-just as I do in my class, I infuse meditation into my writing. I teach meditation as part of the course as a way to ground ourselves and cultivate peacefulness. Meditation is a tool that has been proven to change the brain, make us more compassionate, and reduce mental and physical health issues. When I cue you to meditate or breathe, please try it.
